I purchased my Nissan Altima from the new East Valley Nissan when they first took over. My wife and I were happy to see that the new management staff was shifting the focus of the store from just selling to customer service. We told them what we wanted and what we wanted to pay and right away the manager came over, I think his name was Blake, and he gave us exactly what we wanted the first time.

We had no headache, no run around and no games. We were so impressed with the entire process that we have been refering friends and family to them.

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is to express our family's thanks for our buying experience recently at East Valley Nissan. First off, we would like to begin with our first purchase of a Nissan Rouge a few years ago at another dealership. That was a 'not so great' car buying experience. Over the last few years we fell in love with our Nissan Rogue; however our family has grown in the last few years with several grandchildren. After several discussions about what we needed to do to transport our growing family, we decided to return to the original Nissan dealer where we had purchased our Rogue, hoping for a better car buying experience. Well, to say the least, that was the WORST experience of our lives visiting a car dealership. 

After the experience, we were on the fence about Nissan, as we loved our Rogue, but did not appreciate the way we were treated. We decided to contact Nissan Corporation. After speaking with Customer Service, we were advised to visit a different dealership to see if that would help the situation. We talked about it and researched many other Nissan dealers. As time passed and we were in a better mind frame, we selected East Valley Nissan. Through our research, we had discovered that they were family owned and had a very good relationship with the public. Besides, we loved our Nissan product, but it wasn't quite large enough for our family's needs with the growth we had experienced lately. 

Our experience with East Valley Nissan, from the time we stepped on the lot, was nothing but professionally outstanding, (even with the chip on our shoulders regarding our last experience. That feeling went away quickly with the service we received).

We would like to thank and commend the following staff for their outstanding professionalism:

*Imad Chamseddine, for the professional way he treated us on the many vehicles we looked at and having him run all over the dealership.
*Bobby Navarette, for taking our needs into consideration when working out the financial aspect of our deal.
*Kristen Jensen, for her pleasurable and sincere concern for our needs throughout our dealership experience and closing of our purchase. 
*Martin Peters, GM, for the way he made us feel like a part of the East Valley Nissan family!

In closing, the East Valley Nissan Team took our bad experience from another Nissan dealership and turned it around by making us feel like a part of the family. Again, we LOVE the Nissan products and we LOVE our new 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. Thank you East Valley Nissan for going above and beyond and doing a tremendously awesome job! We will see you again!
